Taylor Klein is a Mechanical Design Engineer at GH Labs since July 2020, focusing on the design and testing of a portable powered vaccine transportation device aimed at zero-dose populations in low- and middle-income countries, while leading a team of software and hardware developers. Previous experience includes roles as an Outdoor Trip Leader at Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc, where Taylor led outdoor trips and trained new leaders; as Team Lead with Engineers Without Borders, collaborating on a water filtration and distribution system; and as Science, Technology and Innovation Focal Point for the United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth, coordinating youth engagement in significant UN forums. Taylor also founded and presided over the Critical Global Engagement Club, served as an official university ambassador, and participated in multiple mechanical engineering internships. Taylor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
