Coralee Fitzgibbon

Coralee Fitzgibbon is an accomplished Inclusion & Diversity Leader for APAC at GHD since October 2021, with extensive experience in people leadership and Human Resources across various roles. Previously, Fitzgibbon served as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Partner at the Bank of New Zealand from November 2017 to October 2021, along with the role of Intervention Design Lead in customer experience. Prior experience includes serving as Research Manager at Lotto New Zealand and Account Director at Colmar Brunton, specializing in sensory, qualitative research, and organizational culture. Fitzgibbon holds a Te Ara Reo Māori degree from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and a BSc and MSc in Science and Psychology from the University of Auckland.
