Mary Winn Miller

Mary Winn Miller is currently the Principal at ghSMART. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Talent Development at Indigo from January 2017 to December 2020. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer of Alternative Investment Solutions at State Street from January 2016 to December 2017.

Miller began their career at McKinsey & Company in January 2007 as a business analyst. In 2009, they took an education leave to attend Harvard Business School. Upon their return to McKinsey in 2011, they became a Senior Associate. In 2013, they took an externship at Boston Ballet before becoming an Engagement Manager in 2014. Mary remained in that position until December 2015 when they left McKinsey to join State Street.

After receiving their MBA from Harvard Business School, Mary Winn Miller worked in industrial engineering for a few years. Eventually, they decided to go back to school and get their B.S. in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
