Tjai Nielsen

Tjai Nielsen is the current Principal at ghSMART. Tjai has also previously served as the Director of Executive Education & MBA Programs at High Point University, a Professor at Copenhagen Business School, and the Director of Executive Education at George Washington University. Tjai started their career as a Management Consultant at RHR International Company in 2000.

Tjai Nielsen received a Ph.D. in Industrial & Applied Psychology from the Wharton School at the University of Texas. Tjai also has a M.A. in Health & Human Performance from the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech.

They are on a team with Sonita Johal - Executive Recruiter, Maria Blair - Partner, and Sean Craig - Principal. Their manager is Geoff Smart, Chairman & Founder.
