Valentina Urban

Valentina Urban has been with Gi Group since September 2010, serving as HR National Operation & Innovation Manager, overseeing a team of 240 resources within the Professional business unit. Responsibilities include implementing innovations in processes, coordinating talent acquisition, developing operation managers, and ensuring the success of Employer Branding strategies. Valentina also manages the White Collar cluster and has held various HR roles, including National Operation Manager and National Recruitment Coordinator for Fashion & Luxury. Previous experience includes recruitment for Bottega Veneta during the opening of a flagship store in Milan. Valentina holds a Specialist Degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
