Andrew Lance

Andrew Lance is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently a Partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP since March 1999, Andrew co-leads the global Hospitality Practice and specializes in real estate matters. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Vice President and General Counsel at Defender Industries, Inc. from February 1993 to March 1999, where responsibilities included acting as owner and chief operating officer. Andrew's legal career began as Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing on real estate from November 1984 to February 1993. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School, obtained between 1981 and 1983, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Politics from Princeton University, completed in 1980.
