Gina Hancock

Gina Hancock is a partner at Gibson Dunn, specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits since March 2020. With extensive experience in designing and implementing various compensation arrangements, Gina advises clients on the complexities of executive compensation in domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. Previously, Gina served as an associate at Vinson & Elkins from October 2015 to March 2020 and held various internships at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other organizations. Gina obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
