Keith Martorana

Keith Martorana is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since November 2008, after holding the role of Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Keith worked as an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from September 2007 to November 2008 and gained valuable experience as an Examiner at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from June 2000 to August 2004.
