Melanie Neary

Melanie Neary is a Corporate Partner at Gibson Dunn, based in the San Francisco office, where involvement includes representation of prominent life sciences companies and investors within the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice Group. Melanie’s career at Gibson Dunn began as a Summer Associate in 2015, following a legal internship at Workday in 2014. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School, earned in 2016, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University, completed in 2013, with a focus on Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government. Melanie's foundational education was completed at Saucon Valley High School, graduating in 2009.
