Erica Krusen

Erica Krusen serves as the Global Executive Director of Gibson Gives at Gibson Brands, Inc. since June 2022, where efforts focus on providing musical instruments to those eager to create music. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Senior Director of Global Cultural Influence at Gibson, aimed at forging emotional connections with music enthusiasts. In addition to current responsibilities, Erica maintains a private practice as a marriage, family, child, and adolescent therapist since 2006 and was the Managing Director at MusiCares Foundation from 2007 to 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at California Lutheran University between 2010 and 2013 and working as a family therapist at Phoenix House from 2005 to 2007. Erica's educational background includes a degree in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences with a focus on Psychology from the University of Washington, along with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University.
