Mark Carney

Mark Carney, OBE has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Mark began working with Royal Resorts in 1983, where they served as the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer until 2015. In 2015, Carney founded The Carney Hospitality Group and became the President & CEO. Mark later joined GigNet Mexico in 2018, first as the Chief Business Development Officer and then as the President starting in October 2020.

Mark Carney, OBE completed their Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Swansea University in the years 1980-1983. Prior to that, they pursued Spanish Art studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1979-1980. Mark Carney attended St Benedict's School in London from 1972-1979. Mark also obtained a BA, Hons certification from the University of Wales in the UK.
