Albert Martin

Albert Martin, LEED AP, has extensive experience in mechanical estimating, currently serving as Chief Mechanical Estimator at Gilbane Building Company since 1995. Based in the Southeast office in Atlanta, Georgia, Albert supports mechanical and process estimating needs across all regions. Previous roles include Chief Mechanical Estimator at Mellon Stuart and U.S. Engineering Company, where Albert established a centralized estimating department and served as a BETA tester for Quick Pen software. In earlier positions, Albert held the role of Chief Estimator at Sauer Holdings and various planning and engineering roles at Limbach Company and CENTRIA. Albert's career began after serving as NCOIC in the US Army with the United Nations Command. Albert attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1966 to 1969.
