Stephanie Bello

Stephanie Bello is the Talent Development Manager at Ginkgo Residential. Stephanie has been with Ginkgo Residential since June 2014 and has held the position of Multi - Site Property Manager & Region Trainer. Stephanie is responsible for the development of the property team members to maximize performance. Stephanie is also responsible for initiating and managing all core business processes, including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development.

Stephanie Bello is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in the sale and lease of residential and commercial properties. Stephanie is a graduate of the Burk Baker School of Real Estate and Appraisal and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University. In addition, Stephanie is certified by the National Apartment Association as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). Stephanie is also certified by the NSPF as a Certified Pool/Spa Operator and by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Notary.

They work with Helen Gonzalez - Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Ashley Lo - HR Generalist, and Sarah Genay-Fore - Performance Management Manager. Their manager is Rich LaCalamito, Director of Human Resources.
