Thomas Flynn

Thomas Flynn is an accomplished senior executive leader with extensive experience in the education and charity sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Girls' Learning Trust since September 2022, Thomas oversees the education of over 4,500 students and manages a turnover exceeding £30 million. Additional roles include serving as a Governor and Corporation Board Member at Newham College of Further Education, Associate Consultant at Atkinson HR Consulting, and Trustee at both Oxford Brookes Students’ Union and akt, where Thomas chairs the Finance, Fundraising and Risk Committee. Thomas previously held leadership positions as Managing Director of Imperial College Union and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Holloway Students' Union. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Politics and Economics from the University of York and a PGDip/MSc in Charity Accounting & Financial Management from Bayes Business School.
