Ruta Staneviciute

Ruta Staneviciute currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO at Girteka Group, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Ruta worked at smeGo as Chief Digital Transformation Officer from February 2022 to February 2025, focusing on managing product strategy, budgets, and research and development for new financial and tech products. Ruta's extensive experience also includes a decade at EY, where roles ranged from Consultant to Senior Manager in Management Consulting from July 2011 to January 2022. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant at Miracle Journey from 2006 to 2008.
