Saswati Barat is the Founder and CEO of An Industrial Organizational Universe (AIOU), established in January 2023, and serves as a Member of the Board of Studies for Psychology Curriculum at GITAM Deemed University. With extensive experience as an Industrial Organizational Psychologist, Saswati has provided independent consultation on topics such as the Future of Work, organizational behavior, and stress management since 2012. Previous roles include Associate Director of People Science Consulting at inFeedo, Vice President of TravelSpirit Foundation, Senior Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, and visiting faculties at various institutions. Saswati holds numerous academic qualifications, including a Certified Occupational Test User from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bangalore University.
