Gloria Ngabire

Gloria Ngabire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and technology. Currently serving as Country Director and previously as Field Director at GiveDirectly since November 2018, Gloria oversees initiatives aimed at delivering unconditional cash transfers to impoverished families in Africa. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Fractals & Clouds from September 2017 to April 2022, where Gloria focused on enhancing internet accessibility for Rwandan consumers through a cloud-based platform. Additionally, Gloria held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Axiom Networks Rwanda Ltd. from February 2013 to September 2017, contributing to the rapid growth of the company as an internet service provider. Gloria's career began as a Project Manager at Rock Global Consulting from February 2009 to March 2013, following the completion of a Diploma in ICT from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.
