Heidi Hirvonen

Heidi Hirvonen is an experienced leader in people engagement and marketing, currently serving as the Director of People at GiveDirectly since June 2019. Prior to this role, Hirvonen held various positions within GiveDirectly, including Senior Manager and People Engagement Manager. With a background in marketing, Hirvonen worked at Good Eggs from July 2016 to June 2019, where roles included Marketing Manager and Associate Manager of Community Partnerships. Hirvonen's career began with a fellowship at CORO Northern California, which included significant contributions to multiple organizations, such as developing strategies for corporate partnerships at Good Eggs and managing community outreach for the Center for Investigative Reporting.
