Jennifer Brumbaugh

Jennifer Brumbaugh has extensive experience in intellectual property management and strategy, currently serving as Chief IP Counsel at GKN Automotive since May 2004. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for developing and implementing the company's IP strategy. Previous positions include Site Director, Deputy Director of Intellectual Property, and Group Deputy Director of Intellectual Property, where responsibilities encompassed global IP management, litigation, and M&A activities. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate at Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC, and an IP Intern at Howard & Howard. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
