Bob Hamilton

Bob Hamilton is the current Vice President of Mortgage Loan Servicing at Glacier Bancorp Inc. Prior to their current position, Bob served as the Vice President/Loan Servicing Manager at Mountain West Bank from July 2014 to June 2015. In this role, Bob was responsible for the servicing of all Bank Consumer, Commercial, SBA, and Residential Real Estate loans to ensure compliance with established Bank objectives, policies, procedures, and lending regulations.

Before their time at Mountain West Bank, Bob worked as an Independent Consultant from January 2014 to July 2014. As a consultant, Bob provided advice to private/equity investment firms on the mortgage servicing business to assist in their investment strategies and due diligence. Additionally, Bob served as a Senior Consultant responsible for development and implementation of a Compliance Management System at a major servicer/subservicer. This included performing a risk assessment of regulatory compliance and related activities using the CFPB Mortgage Servicing Examination Guide, completing a gap analysis using the risk assessment information to determine what current compliance activities were missing or adequate, and designing with the servicer’s internal counsel and Compliance personnel the CMS operating model and organization structure.

Bob has extensive experience in the mortgage loan servicing industry and is an expert in compliance management. Their experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to Glacier Bancorp Inc.

Bob Hamilton reports to Randall M. Chesler, President & CEO. They are on a team with Tom Dolan - Chief Credit Officer, David Cavanaugh - VP Fair Bank Manager, and Byron Pollan - Treasurer & SVP.
