Kenneth R. D.

Kenneth R. D. has a diverse professional background encompassing culinary, leadership, and legal expertise. Currently serving as a Dog Chef at Fortress Ken since August 2022 and actively involved as the Interim Board President and Secretary of the Board of Trustees at Glass Axis since December 2018, Kenneth also holds the position of Chief Motivator for The Columbus Project and co-founder of Baldrick Group, focusing on historic preservation in central Ohio. Kenneth's culinary experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Barcelona Wine Bar and Made From Scratch Catering, as well as serving as Title Processor at Apex Title Company. With extensive experience in legal ethics and complex commercial litigation as the former CEO and President of Donchatz Law, Kenneth is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Kenneth dedicates time as a Mock Trial Coach at Westerville North High School and trains as a prize-fighter with Superhero in Training and Ohio Fit Club.
