Jim Gartshore

Jim Gartshore is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in facility management and engineering within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Global Engineering Director for R&D Engineering Services at GSK, Jim drives the engineering and operations initiatives aligned with the company's EFM 2024 strategy, while also focusing on cultural enhancements across regions. Previously, Jim held roles at Pfizer, including Facilities Powerhouse Supervisor and Associate Facilities Engineer, contributing to the operational efficiency of manufacturing facilities. At Wyeth Research, Jim worked as a Process & Plant Engineer, supporting production in clinical trials. Jim holds a Master's degree in Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both from McGill University.
