Zak Pantelli

Zak Pantelli is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security architecture and assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Security Architecture at GSK since October 2021, Zak has defined the organization's data security strategy and led projects to enhance data security standards. Previously, at GSK, Zak managed Cloud Security Assurance and implemented a Secure by Design approach. Prior roles include Lead Security Architect at Santander UK and Cyber Security Design & Assurance Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, where Zak oversaw various security teams. Zak also has a background as a Security Consultant at Barclays, focusing on cryptography, and served as Cyber Engineering Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence, where Zak led initiatives for secure communications across multiple domains.
