Renée Dubyk

Business Development Officer at Glenmede

Renée Dubyk is a Business Development Officer in Glenmede's Philadelphia office. In this role, she is responsible for the development of new relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Dubyk founded The Rondeau Group. As founder, she lead operations, provided strategic direction and developed diversified sales and manufacturing objectives. Previously, Ms. Dubyk worked as a Private Consultant where she consulted a portfolio of international clients on product strategy and innovation.

Ms. Dubyk received her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Industry Management from Thomas Jefferson University.

Ms. Dubyk is Chair of the Thomas Jefferson University Advisory Board, Treasurer and Vice President of Finance for the Friends of Rittenhouse Square, and board member for the Penn State Extension Advisory Board. She is also a board member for Let Them Rock, a nonprofit focused on providing performance-based music education scholarships. Additionally, Ms. Dubyk is a member of the National Association of Manufacturers and The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc.
