Martin Nguyen

Martin Nguyen is a Senior Technical Consultant at GlideFast Consulting since September 2021, specializing in ServiceNow implementations. Previously, Martin served as a ServiceNow Administrator at CHS Inc. where responsibilities included maintaining a newly implemented ServiceNow instance with a focus on ITSM modules. Martin's extensive experience includes roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, starting as an Associate System Engineer and advancing through various technical positions, ultimately supporting ITSM processes and leading the release of ServiceNow modules. Initial experience includes a Technology Service Intern position involving BMC Software’s Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping and a Teaching Assistant role at COMPUTER EXPLORERS/ICED. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2013.
