Stephane Cousineau

Stephane Cousineau, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Assistant Deputy Minister of the International Platform at Global Affairs Canada since January 2022, after previously holding the position of Assistant Deputy Minister in the same department. Prior to this role, Stephane was the Assistant Deputy Minister of Corporate Services at Shared Services Canada from May 2018 to January 2022, and the Assistant Deputy Minister and CFO of Corporate Services at FINTRAC Canada from January 2016 to April 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Information Officer for the Government of Canada, as well as leadership roles in various capacities at Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, Election Canada, and Passport Canada. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Queen's University and a DEC in Informatic from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
