Marcel Tella-Amo

Marcel Tella-Amo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering, community leadership, and computer vision. Currently serving as Community Lead at Global AI Hub since June 2022, Marcel is involved in the non-profit "10million.AI" initiative aimed at social good. Marcel has held the role of Senior Software Engineer at PTC since January 2019, following a prior internship in the same company where significant improvements were made in augmented and virtual reality systems. Marcel's academic background includes a PhD from University College London specializing in Mosaicking techniques and multiple degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from UPC-ETSETB, accompanied by a life coaching certification from ICF. Prior experience also includes positions in web development and computer vision engineering.
