Kim Hardaker

Kim Hardaker currently serves as a Sustainability Advisor at Global Loyalty Organisation, focusing on advancing strategic initiatives in sustainability. Additionally, Kim operates a management consultancy, Hardaker & Co., specializing in business strategy, customer experience, loyalty, and sustainability. Previous roles include a member of the Merchant Advisory Council at Visa and Managing Director of Etihad Guest and Vice President of Loyalty & Partnerships at Etihad Airways, where Kim led the transformation of a loyalty program that engaged over 8 million members globally. Prior experience includes senior management in digital marketing at both Etihad Airways and Qantas.
