Neal Starkey

Neal Starkey is an experienced executive in the restaurant management and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Restaurant POS, Growth and Transformation at Global Payments Inc. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Starkey was the Vice President of Back Office/Enterprise Systems at Xenial from November 2018 to April 2025, where strategic direction for Back Office and Enterprise Reporting products was established. Starkey also served as Vice President at SICOM Systems, leading back office systems development and managing the RTI product line post-acquisition. With an extensive career beginning at RTI, Starkey progressed from Software Developer to President & COO, overseeing significant product development and company growth initiatives. Starkey holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and graduated from the EMyth Mastery Program.
