Wojciech Romanczuk

Wojciech Romanczuk is an experienced professional currently serving as an API Support Specialist at Global Payments Inc. since January 2022, having previously held the role of Customer Care Specialist. Prior to this, Wojciech worked at George Williams Hotel from February 2016 to January 2022, where significant contributions included designing registration forms that improved user experience and upgrading the website for mobile accessibility. Earlier experience includes serving as a Front Desk staff member, where efficiency was enhanced through advanced Excel queries, and as a Bank Teller at Bank Millennium, where transaction workflow analysis led to improved customer service efficiency. Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Management from Warsaw University of Life Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Pope John II State School of Higher Education in Biała Podlaska, along with a Certificate of completion from INCO Academy's Get Into Tech Bootcamp. Currently, Wojciech is pursuing a Diploma of Education in Information Technology at CQUniversity.
