David Koo

Mr. Koo is responsible for managing active operations and for managing the United States-based medical operations staff at Global Rescue. He joined Global Rescue from Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore where he was the Operations Manager. Previously, Mr. Koo was an Assistant Operations Manager with International SOS and a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department at National University Hospital. Before joining National University Hospital, he was a Combat Medic with the Singapore Armed Forces. Mr. Koo is a graduate of Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore. He earned his Master’s in Health Administration from Flinders University in Australia.
