John Michail

John Michail has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and quality assurance. John is currently working as an Associate Director of Engineering at Global Savings Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Professor at UCLan Cyprus from September 2019 to August 2022. John also served as an Eng QA Manager at MindGeek from May 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they held positions as an Automation Engineer and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at 3CX from July 2017 to May 2020.

John Michail completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in ICT Engineering, specializing in Informatics and Telecommunications, at the University of Western Macedonia from 2012 to 2017. John also pursued a Master's degree in ICT Engineering with a concentration in Engineering of Informatics and Telecommunications at the same university. Additionally, John has obtained various certifications, including Google Analytics for Beginners, Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), and Automated Software Testing with Puppeteer, among others. John is currently working towards earning the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
