Belen Andres

Belen Andres, PhD, serves as the Director of Business Development Europe at Kepler Communications Inc. since June 2023 and as the VP of the Regulatory Working Group at the Commercial Smallsat Spectrum Management Association since October 2023. With an extensive background in the Space Sector, Belen founded Teraqua Space in October 2017, providing strategic consulting focused on technology, radio spectrum management, and product development. Additionally, Belen holds roles as an Associate at WA4STEAM, an Educator for Global Underwater Explorers, and an Independent Expert Evaluator for the European Commission. Previous positions include Director of Global Sales Engineering at RBC Signals, Head of Systems Engineering and Avionics at PLD Space, and Lead RF Engineer at Rocket Lab USA. Belen holds a PhD in Antenna and RF Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has qualifications in cave and technical diving.
