Shannon Birdi (PMP)

Shannon Birdi is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations. Starting in 2014, Shannon worked at Excellence Learning Inc., first as the Director of Operations from February 2014 to May 2019, and then as an Education Training Consultant from August 2015 to April 2019. In 2018, Shannon took on the role of Project Manager at Toronto School of Management, where they worked until the present. Also in 2018, Shannon became the Director of Admissions at ANDERSON COLLEGE OF HEALTHCARE, BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY, serving until June 2020. From February 2019 to January 2021, Shannon held the position of Director of Operations at Learning Minds Mississauga. Most recently, in April 2022, Shannon joined Global University Systems as the Director of Strategic Projects and System Development.

Shannon Birdi (PMP) holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Institute of Project Management, obtained in 2020. Prior to this, Shannon completed a Project Management Certificate program at the University of Toronto from 2019 to 2020, with a focus on project management. In 2008, Shannon began pursuing higher education at the University of Waterloo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management, in 2013.
