Chao Fang

Chao Fang is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in semiconductor and materials science. Currently serving as Section Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES U.S. Inc. since April 2013, responsibilities include managing technician shift support for quality, yield improvement, and technology development across various advanced manufacturing technologies. Previous roles include Acting Section Manager, Senior Failure Analysis Engineer, and Research Associate/Characterization Labs Manager at the University of Pittsburgh, emphasizing extensive expertise in materials characterization and failure analysis techniques.
