Hristiyana Dimitrova

Hristiyana Dimitrova is a Senior Device Engineer at GlobalFoundries, where responsibilities include the analysis and development of SRAM Bitcells for 45nm technologies, as well as the analysis and development of various semiconductor devices. Hristiyana also has experience in creating parametric cells and automated chip designs while working in an engineering design enablement testsite. Previously, Hristiyana served as a Technical Student at CERN from October 2018 to October 2019. Hristiyana holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the Technical University of Sofia, completed in 2020.
