Juergen Daleiden

Juergen Daleiden has extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, currently serving as Vice President of Technology Integration and Yield at GlobalFoundries since February 2010, where responsibilities include excellence in yield enhancement, stability, and metrology across diverse technologies such as automotive and advanced semiconductor processes. Prior to this role, Juergen held various positions at GlobalFoundries, including Senior Director and Director of Technology Integration, leading teams of over 500 engineers in technology development and manufacturing. Juergen also has experience as Director of the MEMS Business Unit at CiS Forschungsinstitut, Senior Project Manager at Qimonda, and Group Leader at Universität Kassel. Academic credentials include a PhD from RWTH Aachen University and an Abitur from Friedrich-Spee-Gymnasium.
