Matt Malden

Chief Product Officer at Globality

Matt Malden is the current Chief Product Officer at Globality. Matt has also held this position at Elementum from November 2018 to February 2021. At Elementum, Malden led product management, user experience and engineering across all of the company's cloud-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) products. Matt also managed a remote, Buenos Aires based R&D team and was responsible for launching a new Supply Chain Service Management product. In addition, Malden streamlined Elementum's product portfolio and re-architected the company's cloud enterprise software platform in collaboration with Amazon on the AWS platform.

Prior to their work at Elementum, Malden served as Vice President, Product at 23andMe from December 2017 to May 2018. At 23andMe, Malden was responsible for product strategy, product management, product science, design and medical affairs for the world's leading consumer genetics and research company. 23andMe's mission is to help people access, understand and benefit from the human genome. The company's product suite utilizes genetic testing to provide consumers with insight into health, wellness and ancestry.

Malden also served as Chief Product Officer at DocuSign, Inc. from December 2012 to June 2016 and as CEO at Yield Software, Inc. from August 2006 to September 2011.

Matt Malden earned their MBA from The Wharton School with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurial management. Matt also holds a BS in economics and computer science from the University of Michigan. In addition, they have completed executive education programs in customer focused innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
