HR software company Globalization Partners has named Melissa Cooper as its new Chief Customer Officer. In her new role, Ms. Cooper will oversee the company’s operations in more than 180 countries, including leading the customer services team and the finance, legal and product divisions, to ensure customer satisfaction.
"Melissa is a proven leader and her elevation to the role of Chief Customer Officer is in recognition of the enormous contributions she has made in leading the Globalization Partners' team to consistently attain 97% customer satisfaction ratings and 99% payroll accuracy,” said Globalization Partners CEO Nicole Sahin. Ms. Cooper has been with Globalization Partners since it formed in 2014, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations, leading more than 100 Customer Success Account Managers. Prior to that, she served as Director of Billing at High Street Partners.
