Ashwani Raina

Ashwani Raina started their work experience in 2014 as an Escalation Engineer at Convergys, where they were responsible for handling international Microsoft clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with them. Ashwani joined GlobalSign in 2017 as a Tier 3 Support Analyst, where they resolved customer technical issues, met SLA/KPI objectives, and used tools like Qualys SSL Labs and Salesforce CRM. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro Limited and later joined GlobalSign as a Sales Engineer.

Ashwani Raina completed a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Jammu from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in the same field from Kurukshetra University from 2009 to 2012.
