Prior to [Glorify](/org/glorify), Joel served as Creative Director for Joel Osteen and Hillsong, two of the world's largest Christian organizations. At Osteen, Joel implemented a new creative direction that included music, design, and production. Joel also served as worship leader and lead vocalist for all Lakewood services and Joel Osteen Tour events. For Hillsong, Joel oversaw all creative disciplines - music, design, and production - to execute large scale live events, marketing, social media, and branding. Events included Hillsong Conference at the O2 Arena, Colour Conference at Wembley Arena, Christmas at Wembley, several international music tours, and weekly services. Joel is an ordained minister and speaker.

Stephanie also worked as the Senior Manager of Pay with Bank Transfer at [American Express](/org/american-express), where they were responsible for strategic projects related to [American Express](/org/american-express)’ new brand and product. In this role, Stephanie increased adoption for merchants and expanded the product to other markets. Stephanie began their career at [American Express](/org/american-express) as a Marketing Summer Intern, where they worked on a team to refresh the Membership Rewards catalogue for the ICC market. Stephanie also developed a plan to offer ‘money can’t buy’ items and experiences to premium Cardmembers through the Membership Rewards platform. Alexandra Monteiro is a Brazilian writer and content creator. Allexandra is currently a member of the content team at [Glorify](/org/glorify), a Brazilian startup that creates marketing and branding solutions for small businesses.

Monteiro began their career as an intern at Band News FM, a Brazilian radio station, where they produced text and audio content. Allexandra then went on to do an internship at Christ for the Nations, a Christian college in Dallas, Texas, where they provided communication and counseling support to students.

In 2018, Monteiro published their first book, "Coragem - Apresente-se à Vida" ("Courage - Present Yourself to Life"). The book was well-received by readers and helped Monteiro establish herself as a writer. Allexandra has since been working as a member of the content team at [Glorify](/org/glorify), where they create marketing and branding solutions for small businesses.

Paul Martin is a driven and innovative marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Paul is currently the Global Head of Marketing at [Glorify](/org/glorify), a leading provider of digital marketing solutions. Prior to joining [Glorify](/org/glorify), Paul was the Director of Digital Business at Integrity Music, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the digital infrastructure across all areas of the music label. This included marketing, A&R, and music services.

Under Paul's leadership, Integrity Music saw a significant increase in digital revenue, due in part to their development of sophisticated marketing funnel with a focus on conversion. Paul also played a key role in launching an annual recurring revenue product and developing new upsell products and campaigns.

Before this, they were the Executive Director, Global Interactive Content at iFIT Health and Fitness from September 2018 to March 2022. In this role, Carly led the global content department in development and execution of content across multiple brands and 8 languages, aligning with brand missions and based on analytics, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Carly also established production strategies: greenlight, pitch, production, post-production, delivery and launch process, ensuring C-suite buy-in at critical milestones and ensuring delivery on time and under budget. Carly oversaw multiple video production teams, both staff and freelance, on all continents; this included management of 20+ simultaneous productions and hundreds of production personnel.

In their role at iFIT, Carly also developed, presented and managed the annual content budget; identified KPIs, delivered quarterly reports, and aligned with finance to track spending. Carly worked closely with legal to establish vendor, talent contracts; negotiated and executed them, managed the contract database, and communicated legal and financial protocol changes to wider production teams. Carly also optimized content output and distribution by aligning productions across brands and improving internal communication. Carly developed and managed the content release calendar based on analytics, member behavior, and seasonality. Lastly, Carly improved workflows and cross-functional communication, ensuring cohesive content with strong promotional, marketing and social components.

After their time at iFIT, Carly moved on to their current role as Global Head of Content at [Glorify](/org/glorify). In this role, Carly oversees production compliance with all corporate policies, including but not limited to legal, finance, anti-corruption and bribery acts, Covid-19 protocols, and risk assessment. Carly also works to reduce production inefficiencies by outsourcing when appropriate. Lastly, Carly optimizes staff performance by developing clear individual career paths for growth, allowing autonomy and ownership of projects while acting as source for production problem-solving.

Isabella started their career at Brandy Melville, where they were the customer service manager for the UK, Ireland, and France.
