Natasha Kashi

Natasha Kashi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at GlossGenius since June 2025, Natasha previously held multiple HR roles at Lob from October 2020 to June 2025, including HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Natasha's background also includes a volunteer position as a Yoga Instructor at RA Yoga, where engagement and support for beginner yogis were prioritized. In addition to HR experience, Natasha contributed to UC Irvine as a Campus Representative, enhancing public speaking and educational outreach skills, and served in various leadership and operational roles, including Vice President of Risk Management for Alpha Phi International Fraternity. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Policy from UC Irvine, complemented by study abroad experience at Thammasat University and pre-collegiate courses at Cornell University.
