Lance Bradley

Lance Bradley is an experienced leader with a robust background in various high-level roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chairperson and Investor at Gloucester Brewery Ltd since December 2019, and Chief Executive Officer at Ospreys Rugby Ltd from January 2024, Lance also holds the position of Brand Ambassador at You Are The Star Books as of October 2023. Previously, Lance was Chief Executive Officer at Gloucester Rugby from April 2018 to July 2023 and held multiple roles at Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, including Vice Chairman and Managing Director, from July 2000 to March 2019. Other notable positions include Chairman at Sir Bobby's Breakthrough Auction and roles at Ford from 1988 to 2000. Lance’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Salford.
