Jacob Nowell has diverse experience in various roles, currently serving as a CSO and Logistics Team Leader at Gloucestershire County Council since February 2024. Prior to this position, Jacob worked as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver at Parcelforce Worldwide and as Division Manager - Industrial at First Base Employment Ltd. Jacob's recruitment experience spans over two years at i2i Recruitment, rising from Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Recruitment Team Leader. Before entering recruitment, Jacob held several positions, including Customer Service Advisor at Gloucester Honda and Assistant Manager at The Bath Tavern Pub. Further experience was gained as Team Manager of Stock and Systems at Morrisons and as a General Insurance Advisor at Ageas Group.
