Shyam leads the Corporate Services function at GlowTouch, covering the entire scope of India-based human resources, finance & accounting, agent training, transportation, administrative quality, and IT services.

Shyam played a critical role in growing GlowTouch from its earliest beginnings in 2002 to its present size of a 1,600-strong team. He was instrumental in the design and stand-up of the company’s Mangalore Development Center in India.

He brings more than 20 years of work experience and industry expertise to GlowTouch. Previously, Shyam was employed by USAS Technologies, LLC, a global IT company, where he was the Operation and Delivery Lead of their India location.
