Holly Betancourt

Holly Betancourt is a Talent and Culture Specialist at GMMB, where employment began in February 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Operations Analyst at Outlier Realty Capital from August 2017 to May 2021 and working as a Community Manager for MakeOffices from January 2014 to August 2017. Holly's early career includes a role as a Corporate Institute Research Fellow at Points of Light in late 2013, a Social Work Intern at Sunnyside Retirement Community in early 2013, and a DC Step Out Kickoff Intern at the American Diabetes Association during the summer of 2012. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Public Policy and Administration from James Madison University, completed in 2013, and graduated from McLean High School in 2009.
