Sophie M.

Sophie M. currently serves as Vice President of Inclusion and Impact at GMR Marketing, with a history of progressively responsible roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple organizations. Prior to GMR Marketing, Sophie M. held various positions at Advocate Aurora Health including Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Diversity & Inclusion Manager, playing a key role in system-wide D&I initiatives for a large workforce. Sophie's experience also includes serving as a Communications Advisor specializing in D&I at Aurora Health Care, and earlier roles in communications at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Wells Fargo. Sophie M. holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
