Xandra Ess

Xandra Ess currently serves as SVP and Chief of Staff at GMR Marketing, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Xandra was Chief of Staff and Senior Business Affairs Consultant at Xamus Consulting from July 2023 to April 2024, where services were provided across various industries including Advertising, Tech, Retail, and Travel. Xandra spent a decade at Made as Chief Talent Officer and Chief Operating Officer, managing multiple departments within a creative agency. Previous experience includes positions at Pereira & O'Dell as Director of Business Affairs, Crispin Porter + Bogusky as Executive Interactive Business Affairs and Digital Policy Strategist, and Castle Peak Ventures, Inc. as President & Lead Consultant. Early career experience includes a Senior Director role in New Technology at Sony Music Entertainment, where collaboration with high-profile artists took place. Educational qualifications include JD degrees from Pepperdine Law and Gonzaga University School of Law, a degree in the Business of Entertainment from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts.
