Esmeralda Fernández Bolaños

Esmeralda Fernández Bolaños is an experienced cybersecurity engineer currently working at GMV since February 2016, focusing on Big Data infrastructures for cybersecurity and fraud prevention at BBVA. Prior to this role, Esmeralda served as a Big Data engineer at EIM, S.L., supporting Produban's implementation and working on current projects like Matrix. Experience also includes serving as an IT consultant at Top Consultant Software Creations, where modules for the OpenERP tool were developed, and as a performance analyst at Axpe Consulting, where performance testing was planned and executed for Produban, supporting banks within Grupo Santander. Additionally, Esmeralda completed an internship at SATEC in the systems department, providing user support. Esmeralda holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and participated in the Erasmus program in Computer Sciences at Czech Technical University in Prague.
