Paul Guastavino

Paul Guastavino is an experienced AIV Ground Software Engineer for Galileo at GMV since September 2022. Previously, Paul contributed to the IAPG Observatory from April 2021 to August 2023, focusing on automation, astrophotography, satellite tracking, and image processing alongside students from the Technical University of Munich. As part of the WARR Move team from April 2021 to January 2023, Paul was involved in mission control operations, managing orbits and data for satellite missions MOVE-II and MOVE-IIB. Additionally, Paul served as Lead Product Engineer at Square Mile Farms in late 2020, optimizing products for vertical farming, and worked as a Structural Engineer at ASSMANN BERATEN + PLANEN AG in early 2020, developing project designs and calculations. Paul is pursuing a Master of Science in Earth Oriented Space Science and Technology at the Technical University of Munich, having previously earned degrees in Environmental Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering.
